What is the procedure after I have made payment for my Online Store?

After receipt of the Proof of Payment, you will be sent an order form to complete and sign and return to us.
Once received, a welcome letter from the Developers will be sent to you with step-by-step instructions on how to setup your Paypal/Payfast accounts and what link you have to send them to integrate same with your site.

How long does it take to set up my Online shop?

The setup of your site takes 8 working days and, once approved by you, will then go live. During this period they will also liaise with you regarding the design of your logo your preferred mark-up percentage etc..etc.

What else am I supposed to do during the set up period?

As long as you respond promptly with questions and instructions from the web developers, it will be a smooth seamless process.

Do I get training?

Yes, you get full training on the back-end of your shop.

Training takes place Online. You will be sent videos & tutorials on all aspects of what to do when you need to do it.

Each product on your website has all Social media icons below the product. Simply share the product to your Facebook page (or any other Social media platform) and post it. You can even Boost your posting on Facebook and make use of paid advertising options.

Who handles the delivery of products once ordered and who pays for delivery?

Once an order is placed by the customer he/she proceeds to check out. At check out a dropdown menu appears consisting of delivery methods, delivery lead times and a quote for each option. The customer clicks on his/her preferred delivery method and the costs get added to his/her invoice. He/she then pays using his/her Credit-/Debit card or EFT. You receive the money into your account.
3 Invoices are generated. One gets sent to the customer, one to the site owner (you) and one to the supplier.
The supplier then invoices you for the cost price of the goods (you keep your profit) plus delivery costs (which you received into your account).
Once you paid the supplier, he ships the goods directly to the customer.

What happens if the product is faulty?

The customer returns the product directly to the supplier and the supplier deals with that.

Payment gateways, PayPal, payfast, instant EFT?

Instant EFT is included with Payfast – you can send us your Payfast merchant ID and key and for Paypal your API username, password and signature as text (No snapshot please)

With regards to support what do u offer here and how will it work? Is there a charge if changes need to be made later?

We are available for support and assist with any questions or queries you may have.
We perform all maintenance and upgrades on our sites which are included in your ECRP site cost.
Any structural changes / themes / custom products (we add up to 20 for free) and other changes fall under our custom development service of which a marketing menu is available. Small changes such as phone numbers, social network linking etc. are performed free of charge and included in your registration cost.

Are you not creating competition between site owners by rolling out these sites?

The main thing here to remember is that our goal here is not to create competition between our resellers but to encourage each individual to customize their site and introduce each of our clients to the world of e-commerce. Remember that a department store such as GAME has thousands of stores available countrywide and each of them make money – you have a super large target audience online to create sales and revenue.
